watch your step, they really hurt – lego 101

I’ve been playing with Lego since I was young. I’ve got a bunch of classic sets; space guys, pirates, firemen, and many more. I loved being able to build whatever I could think of. The only real limit was my imagination.

After I went away to college, I kind of forgot about them. They got put into a big tub and buried away in the basement. A few years ago, a new Lego set caught my eye, the Saturn V. I had to have it! This got me motivated to dig out my old sets, and seeing what I’ve got.

Now I have a few modern sets and most of my classic sets are used as parts to be creative with. Lego bricks have come a long way since my childhood. It’s amazing what new innovations they’ve come up with.

From time to time, I’ll post on here about new sets I get, detailing the builds. I like to show a few progress pics as I build.

This is the last of my general hobby overviews. I’ve got some posts mapped out about ham radio, and we’ll see what else I can come up with. I’m just as curious as you are to see what I write about.

I’m off for now. As always, thanks for reading.
